RESIDENCY HOUSE

FAEx’s residency house was completed in 2019 for the purpose of housing our resident artists. The house has three bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with two twin beds in each room that can be converted to a king-size bed, a full kitchen, and two full baths. The downstairs is ADA compliant. Maximum capacity is 6 people. The house is mere steps from the barn studios and workshops. It is also a passive solar construction with radiant heating and has many details built by local artists.
